a. Providing Hotel guests with outside services

  • Display list of services navigable by TV remote on hotel room TV
  • Take order from a hotel guest
  • Transfer the order to Hotel Service Center system
  • Send the order charges to the Hotel billing system
  • Send the order to vendors for fulfillment
  • Receive confirmation from the Vendor for Order completion

b. Recruiting and screening new vendors

  • Negotiating agreements with vendors to get best quality of service at discount rates.
  • Arrange service delivery mechanism.
  • Updating the central database with new services/vendors/prices

c. Maintaining Central repository for Hotels/Services/Vendors

  • Ability for Hotels to choose desired service types
  • Automated update of available service list
  • Ability to discard any vendor by any Hotel

d. Maintaining Central Order Processing and Billing Systems

  • Receiving and processing all orders from Hotel guests for every Hotel in the system

  • Hotels will charge guests for services provided by us, take their percent and send the rest of money to us.

  • We assume that on average Hotel will get 5-7% of the service cost.

  • Hotel will have to charge the guests for services
  • Hotel will have to let us write interface with the Hotel’s software.
